亚太地区多媒体通信及相关产业从业人员、技术研发人员等。
二、活动宗旨：

三、活动目的：
搭建创新技术、方法、理论交流平台，表彰创新杰出人物，提升产业创新能力。
四、评选流程：
1、评选材料申报阶段（2023年3月至4月）
候选人申报：允许多媒体通信科技及相关领域的专业人士，基于个人在多媒体通信技术创新、研发成果、市场影响、行业标准制定等方面的卓越贡献进行申报。

I. Selection Scope:

II. Activity Purpose:

III. Activity Objectives:

IV. Selection Process:
1. Submission Phase (March to April 2023):
Candidate submission: Professionals in multimedia communication technology and related fields may submit applications based on their outstanding contributions in multimedia communication technology innovation, R&D achievements, market influence, and industry standards formulation.
Material submission: Candidates are required to submit detailed application materials online, including but not limited to resumes, evidence of research achievements (such as patent certificates, academic papers), project implementation reports, award records, and market application results. All materials will undergo strict review to ensure their authenticity and completeness.
Qualification pre-review: A professional qualification pre-review team organized by the organizing committee will conduct a preliminary screening of the submitted materials based on pre-established strict standards, ensuring that each candidate advancing to the next round has significant achievements and widespread influence in the multimedia communication technology innovation field.
2. Expert Review Phase (April to May 2023):
Group review: Candidates will be assigned to different review groups based on their professional fields and contribution directions, with each group consisting of top experts, scholars, and industry leaders in that field to ensure professionalism and impartiality in the review process.
Comprehensive evaluation: Review groups will discuss each candidate's application materials in-depth through online meetings or offline seminars, considering factors such as technological breakthroughs, economic benefits, and social impacts, to score and evaluate comprehensively.
Cross-review: To ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the review results, different review groups will conduct cross-reviews of candidates with high scores or controversial standings, and if necessary, invite candidates for online or offline defenses to further understand their innovative ideas and practical details.
